We are delighted to announce the reactivation of Crown IT Park Project, Sector 36,
Faridabad, under the new stewardship of Crown Abacus IT Park Association, a
society duly registered under the provisions of the Haryana Registration and Regulation of
Societies Act, 2012. The resumption comes after the Honorable National Company Law
Tribunal (NCLT) approved the Resolution Plan filed by Crown Abacus IT Park Association,
entrusting us with the responsibility for further development and completion of the project.
We are pleased to announce that we have taken over physical possession of the project. In
addition, we are proud to announce that a dedicated team (hyperlink) has been inducted
and appointed to lead this endeavour.

We have been focused on ensuring compliance with the orders of the Hon’bl NCLT, and have
remained in close contact with the Director General of Town & Country Planning, Haryana to
ensure the timely completion of all major formalities, including obtaining the necessary
permissions and approvals, renewing key licenses and resuming construction
activities. Additionally, we are committed to obtaining the Occupation Certificate and
Completion Certificate to guarantee the highest standards of quality and safety.
