We are delighted to announce the reactivation of Crown IT Park Project, Sector 36,
Faridabad, under the new stewardship of Crown Abacus IT Park Association, a
society duly registered under the provisions of the Haryana Registration and Regulation of
Societies Act, 2012. The resumption comes after the Honorable National Company Law
Tribunal (NCLT) approved the Resolution Plan filed by Crown Abacus IT Park Association,
entrusting us with the responsibility for further development and completion of the project.
We are pleased to announce that we have taken over physical possession of the project. In
addition, we are proud to announce that a dedicated team (hyperlink) has been inducted
and appointed to lead this endeavour.
We have been focused on ensuring compliance with the orders of the Hon’bl NCLT, and have
remained in close contact with the Director General of Town & Country Planning, Haryana to
ensure the timely completion of all major formalities, including obtaining the necessary
permissions and approvals, renewing key licenses and resuming construction
activities. Additionally, we are committed to obtaining the Occupation Certificate and
Completion Certificate to guarantee the highest standards of quality and safety.
To ensure the successful execution of this project and instil confidence in the project’s
longevity and progress, we have appointed an experienced team of top-notch
professionals who will work diligently to meet international
quality standards and achieve completion.

What's our mindset ? We shd have in our mind it is our project. Our means your and mine and every Allottee. Therefore problems belong to us… we all own problems and not just the managing teams. Of course managing team is supposed to managel the problems ,and I assure you that they are on it 24×7. Problems have been cropping totally uncalled for and unforeseen and mountainous in magnitude. But with sheer grit and determination they are being overcome. Your managing team is working 24×7 and I assure you they are trying utmost to keep deadlines. Maybe minor delays. Seperately management will apprise you the nature of unforseen events. However it is also our collective responsibility to pay outstanding as it is only the funds that will carry us through timely performance.

Instead of sitting on the couch and writing pointedly sharp messages to the team that is trying to get this done for all of … Go to the office, help the team and find out. They aren’t your employees. Read all the updates, confirm that you have read the updates and then ask a question. Let me not “beat around the bush” – speak respectfully, read all updates, acknowledge the work people are doing and ask relevant questions. You want answers to “what if” questions when all relevant information is shared? You want guaretees timelines without understanding or acknowledging all the challenges? Go help the team.

They are still finding time within the available 24hrs of a day/night to get something accomplished for all of us. That's a wonderful news congratulations to all. The way the Association handled the project showed resilience knowledge and critical thinking. We all are proud for there great job.
